Behaviour

• The chat is created on first open, so the page pays nothing until the visitor clicks.
• Close with the × button, a click on the backdrop or Esc. Conversation state is kept while the page is open.
• On screens narrower than 560 px the modal becomes full-screen.
• Control it from your code with Vol("open") and Vol("close").
