Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Exploring public corpora on the 3D map is free forever for individuals, with a monthly allowance of AI answers.
What counts as an AI answer?
Each question you send to VOL AI that returns a cited answer consumes one credit. Exploring the map, filtering and opening documents is always free.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Anytime. Annual billing saves around 20% and is prorated when you switch.
Do you offer discounts for education and non-profits?
Yes. Educators get Teams for free for their classes, and non-profits get 50% off. Contact sales to apply.
